In 2.2.1 i found a wonderfull new structure member called name of the gendisk
structure and implemented to use it in the LVM to show up correct
logical volume names in /proc/partitions.

But oops: in 2.2.2 it disapeared again 8*(

Could somebody please enlighten me if there's a chance to get my
beloved member back again?

Heinz
