Typo in svga.txt

Here is a patch to correct a small typo in Documentation/svga.txt :

I have already sent that patch to -Martin `MJ' Mares <mj@ucw.cz>- who
agreed that it is actually a typo, a month ago. But since then, the typo is
still there.

Linus, please correct that for the 2.2.2 :)
