TCP stalls in 2.2.1

There are still here. I've never got them with older 2.1 kernels.

I can provide any details on request. What I can't provide is tcpdump
- the stalls occur once a few days, usually (always?) on a connection
from Xemacs/Gnus (reading news headers) to INN.
