I just got this while copying files from a Zip drive to a SCSI disk:

Kernel panic: Inactive in scsi_request_queueable
In interrupt handler - not syncing

I tried Alt-SysRq-S, but that caused an oops (or two or ten!) and an
immediate reboot.
