The map loaded by ioctl(PIO_UNISCRNMAP) and activated by ESC(K.
ESC[11m selects CP-437 and ESC[10m reverts to the previous map,
which in my case is user-loaded ISO-8859-2 (three other maps are
hard-coded, one is user-loaded).
The term ACM, Application Charset Map, is used in Yann Dirson's
console-tools, kbd's replacement.
