These are fine you might want to put
"alias ppp-compress-26 off" etc in your file. Basically the server the
other end said "do you support ppp compression protocol option number 26"
so the kernel checked to see if it could load some 3rd party module that
did this

the report to be wrong I suspect - its not causing the slow down
