icmp error in 2.1.125

Could someone shed some light on what these errors mean.

Jan 6 00:53:00 cloaked kernel: 205.242.4.229 sent an invalid ICMP error
to a broadcast.
Jan 6 00:53:06 cloaked kernel: Invalid fragment list: Fragment over size.
Jan 6 00:53:48 cloaked last message repeated 3 times
Jan 6 00:54:28 cloaked last message repeated 10 times
Jan 6 00:55:57 cloaked last message repeated 26 times
Jan 6 00:56:51 cloaked last message repeated 34 times
