Linux (cs4232 ad1848) 2.2.0-pre2 Oops with patch and Fix for bttv.c

My Linux 2.2.0-pre2 Oops when I enter the following two lines.
> cat /dev/dsp >/dev/null
> aumix -v 50

The following patch solves the problem:

An other Problem with my Hauppauge Win TV Primo. It won't work unless I
apply the following patch.
