2.2.0-pre4 NTFS update: Patch for missing update to include/linux/ntfs_fs_i.h

It seems an update to include/linux/ntfs_fs_i.h was forgotten in the
2.2.0-pre4 update of the ntfs driver, leading to a couple of undefined
symbols in fs/ntfs/inode.c

This patch fixes it:
