[root@bd sound]# date

[root@bd sound]# date 12292055
Tue Dec 29 20:55:00 EST 1998
and it caused my video (Matrox Millenium II, AGP) running under XFree86-3.3.3
to reset for about 1-2 seconds.
Is this to be expected ?
