Minor 2.1.132 oversight: No Q-Logic ISP FC driver

linux-2.1.132/drivers/scsi/{Config.in,Makefile} have entries
for a scsi controller called a QLogic ISP FC (as opposed to a regular
QLogic ISP, apparently). However, there is no qlogicfc.c file included
in 2.1.132 or 2.1.133-1.
