On heavy SCSI load, I get:

| Kernel panic: Inactive in scsi_request_queueable
| In swapper task - not syncing
| Rebooting in 180 seconds

Machine: CHRP box (PPC 604e), running vger-2.1.130.

SCSI adapters:

- scsi0: Dawicontrol DC2976-UW (Sym875 based PCI expansion board), 1 device
on the wide chain:

o QUANTUM Model: VIKING II 4.5WLS

CONFIG_SCSI_NCR53C8XX=y
CONFIG_SCSI_NCR53C8XX_DEFAULT_TAGS=8
CONFIG_SCSI_NCR53C8XX_MAX_TAGS=32
CONFIG_SCSI_NCR53C8XX_SYNC=20

- scsi1: MESH (motherboard), 3 devices on a narrow chain:

o PLEXTOR Model: CD-ROM PX-12TS
o HP Model: HP35480A
o QUANTUM Model: FIREBALL_TM3200S

CONFIG_SCSI_MESH=y
CONFIG_SCSI_MESH_SYNC_RATE=10

The problem started after adding the Sym875 board. Before that the Viking was
connected to the MESH using a 68-50 convertor, and I was using the exact same
kernel (I compiled in the ncr53c8xx driver since some time because I was
interested in getting a Sym875 board).

Anyone with a clue? Thanks!
