Scenario: Some people are maintaining some code. They get a report that this code
did crash. The maintainers just ignore it.
Scenario II: Some people are maintaining some code. They get a report that this
code did crash. The maintainers write down on their little notepads: "There
might still be a bug in XY which causes Z. Have a deeper look at it when it
is going to be changed/checked again."
You see the difference?
