I compiled kernel 2.1.131 with mach64 framebuffer support. Unfortunately
it doesn't work for me. Here is some data:
dmesg says: (appropriately shortened)
Linux version 2.1.131 (root@p6) (gcc version 2.7.2.3) #1 Sat Dec 5 20:37:40 CET 1998
Console: colour VGA+ 100x25
atyfb: Unknown mach64 0xffff
/proc/fb is empty
lspci says:
00:0c.0 VGA compatible controller: ATI Technologies Inc 210888GX [Mach64 GX] (rev 01)
fbset writes to syslog:
Dec 6 20:18:25 p5 modprobe: can't locate module fb0
Any help or something I should try?
