2.1.131 compile problem fixed

2.1.131 is up and running, thanks to some helpful tips and pointers
towards the discovery of a mis-placed uio.h. It seems as though, after
installing glibc, its uio.h was copied over linux's uio.h; not good. All
fixed and running like a charm; my thanks to everyone who helped out.
