The Linux Kernel Patch Archive (http://linux-patches.rock-projects.com/)
should become a registry for unofficial patches.
The scheduler bigpatch is listed as "Misc (all?) scheduler improvements"
in the secrtion "Feature Patches for the 2.1.x Kernels".
