linux-2.1.131pre3/i586 + egcs-19981130: Still invalid asm()s?

I understood that the patch to fix up all (most?) of the invalid asm()s had
been included in Linus' tree for some time, but I was quite obviously
wrong: It goes down in flames in init/main.c, the very first file to be
compiled.

Is this patch to be had somewhere on the 'net? It would probably make a
nice entry in the egcs FAQ too...
