That one is easy enough to work around, and recent kernels will indeed
sit in a loop until the memory is properly disambiguated. However, if
the A20 gate is *miswired* (not applied *before* the first level of
cache -- this is automatically correct if the #A20G input on 486 and
higher CPUs is used) then there is serious trouble.
