synchronize_bh() is the only bug fix there.
Please, remove #if 0 from negative_advice() routine.
It is inserted only because message from it was in last lines
of syslog, reported by previous victim (Ted Deppner)
I see nothing wrong there really.
But you could preserve underflow check in dst_release().
I am sure for 100%, that there are no bugs of this kind, but yet...
