The regulations allow export of cryptography to Canada (I can even
download netscape with strong encryption) but the regulations don't apply
to Canadians if I recall.
;)
Perhapse someone such as muself can act as a bouncer for patches from
Americans? I think that doesn't break any laws since I am free to
export to whoever I want.
