Does anyone actually know of any official Linux kernel releases missing from
ftp.kernel.org? If so, could you just post a list of them so that people can
look for them - if not, just make a CVS tree of all the releases to date (maybe
waiting for 2.2.0 and putting that as the last entry), make a CD image and be
happy.
