SMP lock ups in 2.1.129

This is a reoccurence of a problem in a slightly different form, I
wasn't getting the timeout messages before, that I've been getting
since 2.1.126 kernels.

I did and objdump of vmlinux and c0130560 seems to be somewhere in
do_select. Anyone got any ideas to help me track down this problem. I'd
really like to get this problem resolved before the move to 2.2.

I'm running a dual 200MMX on a gigabyte 586dx motherboard. One other
person with a similar setup has reported similar problems. One other
possible contributor could be that I'm ussing up all my interrupts.
