so i wonder why the kernel does not return SIGSEGV, SIGBUS or not allow to
allocate the memory. i wonder what kswapd does, since there is no swap to
manage...
for now i added made my swap partition a swap partition again (was used by
windows/games).
oh, kernel is 2.1.128, but i saw this in earlier 2.1 kernels, too.
