2.1.129ac4 sound + ne2k saga continues

Hi everybody,

I've just rebooted my fresh 2.1.129 ac4 kernel, everything works just
fine, apart from my everlasting problems with sound. The problem seems to
be conflicts between my CS4232 and my ne2k isa clone.

If I start playing an mpeg, everything works fine until i do some kind of
network job, such as a simple ping. Then my network card starts flipping
out, although the sound keeps playing fine. The network card needs a cold
reboot, the kernel doesn't find it at the right address after a warm boot.
