Nothing like so simple. In fact HISEG tended to be shared libraries and
runtime support packages. It could be used other ways MUD1 but the shared
game database and data in the HISEG and the application in the low one.

There was enough ability in all the PDP/11's to make a "page" of memory
into the kernel for the current running task "the u. area"
