I think it is not a Samba problem, but a glibc problem. I am running
Samba-2.0.0-alpha15 with glibc-2.0.7 and I was able to get everything to
compile properly with no patches on a Linux Slackware 3.5 installation....
(Could be a problem with alpha's after alpha15)....
