I was greeted tonight by this:
Kernel panic: skput:over: ffffc00004187c0:4 put:-1387 dev:ppp0
In interrupt handler - not syncing
Magic SysRq had no effect (is it supposed to after a panic?)
System is DEC AlphaStation (Avanti) compiled for Avanti with egcs-1.1,
booting from SRM console. System is a masquerading router for ethernet LAN
via 24/7 standard serial modem PPP link. It has been running 2.1.128 for a
few days (since the release) without seeing this problem before.
