Got

Internal error: bad swap-device
Trying to free nonexistent swap-page

on a fairly busy webserver/nameserver this morning. PII, 64mb ECC,
128mb swap, gcc 2.7.2.1, no modules, no serial, P2L97S with built-in
AIC-7880 talking to one WD Enterprise 4gb drive, epic100 at 10baseT.
Uptime of 2 days since upgrading to pre-15, no problems before then
except some "kill_fasync: bad magic number in fasync_struct!" several
weeks earlier.

Very little swap used (2.5 mb) when this happened. Later I hogged
memory, causing 27mb to be swapped out, without reproducing the
message. Machine is still running, with swap use back down to 2.5mb.

The disk could be dodgy, but it's never given me any problems and it
sees a lot of use.

FYI (and let me know if there's more info that would be helpful),
