"TX packets:0" is not good. I'm linked to a 3Com switch.
The story:
1) I can do networking on some ssh opened session
2) using a 1 day old netscape window, it started crying it can't access
www.matrox.com,www.intel.com,..
3) tried: /etc/rc.d/init.d/network restart
4) netscape got back its brain.
