I have a Supermicro P6DLS with 2 PII 300 (4x75), the kernel is
compiled with SMP support and most of things loaded into the kernel (only
Parport IOMEGA ZIP, lp, IDE and some unusual filesystems are compiled as
modules), so I must use make bzlilo instead of just make zlilo, but
compiling more things as modules in order to use make zlilo doesn't solve
the problem.
I have detected the problem since 2.1.125-ac1, and it was also in
2.1.125-ac2. LILO uncompress the kernel image and when it finish
uncompressing, it just hangs up, and nothing happens.
If you need more info (on hardware or a .config) ask for it, I
will send it to you (not need to bother the mailing list with these info).
