I'm having another problem as well, my shutdown scripts don't seem to work
anymore, init refuses to die which results in a '/ busy' message when
unmounting /. I have to fsck after each reboot and that has already forced
me to reformat my primary linux partition because I lost most information
on it anyway. I didn't have this problem before 2.1.125. Any suggestions?
