There is a _rumour_ that recently an entire state of Germany (or
rather the bureocracy pinheads thereof) have decided that NT be
exclusively used in all of its Universities.
I even assume that they are stupid enough to have _not_ taken money
from M$. (Even if they did, this would come out 10 years later and
someone would get demoted from a second-grade to a third-grade
government post, who cares.)
