sb16 duplex fix

I have created a fix for the sb16 to make it work duplex.

The patches are against the stock 2.0.35 kernel and the
2.0.35-2 redhat kernel ( due to a 1 line difference they
can not be the same, what a shame )

I have had some people around here testing a previous
patch with success, but I think it did contain code
potentially dangerous for other 16 bit cards included
in the sb module. I now consider the patch safe so I feel
it's time for public release.

Please visit

ftp://astuto.dit.upm.es/pub/linux/patches/sound/sb16-duplex
And choose either

redhat-sound-stable.patch

or

normal-sound-stable.patch

There also is a small c program to drive sb duplex. It will
complain about OUTFILTER since I have additional patches for
sb but it should work. It will replay all the input with
a small delay. The name is

fulldup.c

Notes:

Soundblaster uses 8 and 16 bit dma simultaneously
to achieve full duplex, so the quality of the sound
will be worst than that of 16 bit full duplex cards
in either playback or recording but it will be
full duplex anyway.

Enjoy
