My favorite kinds of loopholes/weapons against efforts to
enslave "IP" are the kind emodied by Linux, the GPL, and

The thinking is so foreign to "them" that "they" just don't
get it, and dismiss it out of hand. Then things like the
burgeoning success of Linux happen, and "they" get even more
confused ... :-)
