pre v2.2 issues

1.) There's still MCA-patches pending (updated ps2esdi.c, mca.c, ibmmca.c
and a couple of network patches. Linus seemingly didn't apply my patches
to floppy.c and main.c either). I also have 3 well-tested MCA-drivers (one
SCSI and two network-cards) that are not in the kernel as of now, that I
suppose will have to wait until v2.2 has been release, despite the fact
that they are fully operational, or?

2.) The 3c509-driver in v2.1.x is several versions older than the one in
v2.0.x, thus I haven't bothered to apply the MCA-patches to it, because
it'd just mess up forward-porting the 3c509-driver.

3.) Several documentation-files are out of date; I'll post a new mca.txt
soon, and maintainers need a refresher...
