while playing a little with mt, mtst and dump-0.3 on my HP 35480A
(attached to my AHA1542CF), I got these:

Oct 9 22:03:24 emma1 last message repeated 61 times
Oct 9 22:03:50 emma1 last message repeated 12 times
I needed to reboot to get things back up working.
This happened on an egcs-1.1b compiled 2.1.125 with aha1542 built into
kernel; no internal devices attached to the 1542, 1542 terminated,
external device only HP35480 with active terminator pack.
