two issues:
1)
In the 2.1.117 days I used to pass param like : "video=map:00001111"
to lilo get mga on F-5 to F-8 and vga on remaining 8 consoles. It
does not seems to work in 120 and 125 anymore. In case of 125 I get
automatically mga on 12-15. Any comments? Has the 'map:' been depreciated?
(btw, the info on map: is form HOWTO-framebuffer).

I'm trying to get bttv484A to work. I can load modules. I can start
xtvscreen. It starts with a blank screen. However, as soon as I press
'c' I get a lots of garbage on my mga console (the xtvscreen remains
blank though). (and, no. I'm not happy with mga-text-mode qualty tv :-)
comments?

is there way to switch from XFree directly to one of consoles 13-24?
If i try to swtich, I'm switched at best to one of consoles 1-12
even if I try RAlt-LCtrl-Fx.
