OK - I just wrote something (nothing big - but nice). Just have a look at
http://linux-patches.rock-projects.com/. There is a description how to
write a description file too. I just wrote two example files for devfs and
rtlinux. The section for 2.0.x patches is empty.

To all patch maintainers: would be great if you could write a description
file for your patch and send me the URL of it.
