Z85230 driver Beta 1

Having finally slain the DMA buglet I've put the first DMA capable Z85230 driver
patch versus 2.0.35/36 on ftp.linux.org.uk:/pub/linux/alan/Synchronous.

This driver provides the back end protocol support for syncppp and cisco hdlc
in Linux sync drivers, a (fairly) generic Z8530/Z85C30/Z85230 synchronous
support layer and an example driver that uses it (the Comtrol Hostess SV-11).

PIO, DMA transmit and dual DMA rx/tx modes are all supported. ESCC enhanced
DMA modes are not yet supported however.
