Solaris 2.6's ppp can be configured pretty easily as an ISP ppp client.
It's a commandline tool but it's 30 seconds work (literally).
Go to:
http://docs.sun.com/ab2
and then go to the 2.6 section and search for ppp. Take the
"Configuring PPP" link:
Configuring for Point-to-Point Protocol Connections
http://docs.sun.com:80/ab2/@LegacyPageView?toc=SUNWab_28_10%3A%2Fsafedir%2Fspace3%2Fpkgs%2Fcollections%2Fab1%2FSUNWabhdw%2Ftoc%2FVOYAGER%3A1089;bt=Platform+Notes%3A+SPARCstation+Voyager+Software+Guide;ps=ps%2FSUNWab_28_10%2FVOYAGER%2FConfiguring_for_Point-to-Point_Protocol
If you're running an earlier Solaris then just forget the supplied ppp
and use ppp-2.3.5 as you would under Linux. (Which works on Solaris
2.6, too, if you want).
