If we put it back to the Linux context, I think the OOM killer (either from Rik
or Andreas) may still be useful for some, and I think the implementation of OOM
killer ought to be available as an elective,

ie. The OOM killer be available as a toggle
-able function on kernel compile time,

or Available as an add-on module (or daemon).
