Raw ip link comes up, some packets are exchanged, timeout for a minute or
two or total lockup os the isdn link. Rest continues running.
The link was o.k. for two years or so but a couple of days after changing
the mainboard and CPUs and keeping the rest of my machine including the
Teles card, things started to get bad.
Seems to be concerned with data volume.
A simple ping runs on and on.
Trying an rlogin with a couple of motd lines tranfered hangs the link
with no further output.
Any hints or helping hands in tracing/fixing the problem.
