I have updated my patches which enable swapping to files located on
NFS mounted volumes.
The patches are still ugly, especially the one for v2.1, but basically
should work. There is nothing especially new compared to my previous
NFS swap patches; but the new ones at least compile with 2.0.35 and
2.1.123, but I had no time to really test them.
