2.1.123 Hard Locks.

I'm running a dual Pentium Pro system and after upgrading to 2.1.123 it
consistently hard locks before initalizing the IDE subsystem. Right after
the Real Time Clock Driver.

This system has worked beautifuly since before .100. I had lockups once
with 120, and a patch Linus gave me cleared it up. His comment was that he
had tightened down some timings and perhaps made them too tight.

I added and removed some support in the kernel, hoping that if it was
again a timing issue this would clear it up..

Any ideas? I can give more specifics on my hardware if it's helpful.
