Hello,

This sounds really bad, because I need a stable driver for a high loaded
server,
which unfortunatly doesn't like 2.0.* kernel series (deadlocks without any
warnings)

BUT,
maybe this problem is system-dependend (alpha but not i386?) because
I had no "re-entering interupt handler" all the time.

I must say 2.1.121 (+tulip.c) is in my test configuration (ASUS SP97XV +
K6-300 + 64MB RAM)
+ running X, (+ serving one or two X-Clients),
+ running Netscape (on Server and on Clients)
+ doing a full mozilla source compile on Server,
+ serving smbd(Printing + shares ) to some clients,
+ doing Internet connection at the same time, (running email, squid,
newsserver)
+ running (only to beat it) video4linux on console (my own ggi-tv or fbtv or
xawtv it doesn't matter)

_very_ stable and fast and there is no "re-entering interrupt handler" for
one month now

Dietmar
