Hello,

I was trying to update my linux machine(2.0.0 kernel and 2.7.2 gcc).

I installed new binutils and 2.8.1 gcc compiler.

I also downloaded the source of 2.0.34 kernel. I was able to compile that
successfully. But when i loaded that kernel, it's not recognizing ethernet
card and also it's giving many errors in modules while booting.

My system was working perfect with old 2.0.0 kernel

I THINK THAT NE2000 IN NETWORK DEVICES WHICH WERE PRSENT IN 2.0.0 , DOES
NOT COMES DURING CONFIGURATION.

What wrong i have done ..? Quick help needed
