I've fixed a few small glitches people moane about, added the WD7000 driver
and the MTRR workaround patch. The APM fix is now the "official" edition.
I've also backported the 2.1.x threaded socket locking fixes. That should
cure the "stuck closed" report and the Oopses reported with mysql. With
luck anyway :)
