kerasshh.... 2.1.122 NFS still isnt quite right

I'd run Bill's torture tester and all sorts. However when I accidentally
opened a 40Mb mailbox on an 8Mb NFS server and some but not all NFS requests
started timing out and delaying I got a pile of oopses and a double kfree
of a 2K sized object.

Unfortunately I had it all loaded as modules so the symbols aren't currently
available. I'll try and duplicate the loading pattern to get the symbols
