PPP Device hanging around

Does anyone else have problems with the PPP device and routes not
getting deleted? This started with 2.1.120pre1. I noticed there seemed
to be alot of PPP updates in 2.1.121, so I upgraded to that and have the
same problem. I cannot find any error messages, even when I run PPP
debug. Any ideas? Thanks.
