I use 2.0.35 with lilo option vga=5 (video mode vga 34 lines / 80 collumns)

With the same lilo option I get with the 2.1.1xx kernels a vga 29/80 video
mode and with the following "footer" on each console of the server...
without the ###'es of course...

#######
Memory: 61936k/65536k available (1820k kernel code, 392k reserved, 1316k
data, 72k init)
VFS: Diskquotas version dquot_6.4.0 initialized
CPU: Intel Pentium MMX stepping 03
Checking 386/387 coupling... OK, FPU using exception 16 error reporting.
#######

Can anyone tell me how to solve this?

My monitor is a simple Smile 14" monitor...
